Ghisoni will by-pass the Stradbroke Handicap, with Godolphin announcing their talented three-year-old filly will instead be aimed towards the Group 1 Tatts Tiara, reports racing.com.

Godolphin's Australian managing director Henry Plumptre said Ghisoni has come through her run in the Glenlogan Park Stakes in terrific order but the decision to miss the Stradbroke is based on protecting her future.

"We've always had an eye on not only this campaign, but the spring where there are some very nice races for her," Plumptre said.

"She's in great order, (trainer) John (O’Shea) and the team are very happy with her, we simply decided that this was the most suitable course to follow with a filly who has a great future."

The decision to miss the Stradbroke will result in Ghisoni running in the Group 2 Dane Ripper Stakes at Eagle Farm on June 11 before tackling the Tatts Tiara on June 25.

James McDonald will ride Ghisoni in the Dane Ripper Stakes but will be unavailable for the Tatts Tiara as he will be in England for the Royal Ascot Carnival.

CrownBet have Ghisoni on the second line of betting in the Tatts Tiara at $4, with Azkadellia favourite at $2.50.

Azkadellia is also favourite for the Stradbroke Handicap and it was confirmed on Tuesday morning that Damien Oliver will ride the Ciaron Maher-trained mare.
