Emerging star Melito is set to continue trainer Gerald Ryan's winning momentum when she lines up in Saturday's Tea Rose Stakes.

Ready To Lift's win in the Group Three Kingston Town Stakes on Saturday brought up Ryan's third winner on the Rosehill program after earlier victories from stablemates Flushing Meadows and exciting colt Rothesay.

It was Ryan's first winning Saturday treble in seven years training full time in Sydney.

The Group Two Tea Rose Stakes (1500m) at Rosehill on Saturday is the third leg of the four-race Princess Series.

Melito comes into the race after a slashing victory in the second-leg of the series the Furious Stakes (1400m) on September 5 when she defeated Hurtle Myrtle by 1-1/2 lengths.

The victory was made even sweeter for Ryan after the Redoute's Choice filly was controversially beaten a half head by Deer Valley in the opening race of the Series, the Silver Shadow Stakes (1200m) two weeks earlier.

Deer Valley's jockey Daniel Ganderton was subsequently suspended for a breach of the controversial new whip rules.

"She's done very well since the run. Everything's in great order with her and there's no reason she won't be winning again," Ryan said.

"She's on track for the Tea Rose and then the Flight and well see what happens after that."

Ryan believes the extra distance in her next two races will suit Melito and is considering the Thousand Guineas (1600m) at Caulfield after the Flight.

"She'll get better as it gets further for sure," Ryan said.

The Group One Flight Stakes (1600m) on October 3 is the final leg of the Princess Series.

Melito is on the second line of betting for the Flight Stakes alongside Aloha at $7 with easing favourite Black Caviar ($4.50) in doubt for the race.

Rothesay is at $12 for the Caulfield Guineas with markets headed by Denman while Ready To Lift is also at $12 for the Metropolitan Handicap (2400m) on October 3.

The Lee Freedman-trained Speed Gifted heads Metropolitan betting at $4.60 with Voice Coach, who finished second to Ready To Lift in the Kingston Town, next at $12.

Weights for the Metropolitan and Epsom Handicaps will be released on Monday.
