Peter Moody might not be ready to take Black Caviar around the world just yet but could still be at Royal Ascot with Hinchinbrook.

The three-year-old will have a barrier trial at Cranbourne on Monday morning to confirm whether he accompanies the Danny O'Brien-trained Star Witness to England next month.

If he does go, it will be a third visit for his trainer who campaigned Magnus in 2007 and 2008.

Magnus was a creditable third in the King's Stand won by fellow Australian Miss Andretti on his first visit but finished out of the placings a year later in what would be his final race.

Hinchinbrook was transferred to Moody in Melbourne earlier this season after doing his early racing out of Gerald Ryan's Sydney stable.

He has yet to win a race in Moody's care but has racked up three Group One placings.

He ran third in Eagle Falls' Oakleigh Plate, third in the William Reid won by Black Caviar and second to Hay List in the All-Aged Stakes.

David Hayes has decided against sending Eagle Falls to England preferring to get him ready for the Australian spring.

Eagle Falls competed in Dubai and Singapore in the early part of last year but after his third to Hay List in the Manikato, his two subsequent spring starts were below par and he was spelled.

Dual Group One winner Star Witness has been entered for both the King's Stand (1000m) and Golden Jubilee (1200m) at Royal Ascot while Hinchinbrook has been nominated for the Golden Jubilee.
