The Group One autumn target for sprinting mare Court remains undecided with Sydney's wet weather interrupting her campaign.

Trainer Clarry Conners will talk with managing owner Richard Kelly early this week about whether to take her to Melbourne for the Newmarket Handicap on March 6 or to stay in Sydney and take a chance on the weather.

The winner of the Carrington Stakes on New Year's Day, Court missed the Expressway Stakes and Breeders' Classic over the past two Saturdays due to the soft tracks.

"I would love to see her in a straight race at Flemington but the Newmarket is not certain," Conners said.

"The next payment is due on Tuesday so we need to make a decision.

"The other option is to stay in Sydney and go towards the Galaxy.

"She would run in the Challenge Stakes in three weeks time, then go to the Sapphire Stakes which she won last year and then the Galaxy.

"The wet tracks are a problem."

The Group One Galaxy (1100m) is at Randwick on April 17.

Conners is also looking ahead to the $3.5 million Golden Slipper with Widden Stakes winner Georgette Silk and midweek winner Decision Time.

The trainer was in a buoyant mood after Georgette Silk's win on Saturday, comparing her favourably to his four previous Golden Slipper winners.

"She is a really good horse and the best two-year-old I've had in a long time," Conners said.

"She's up there with my Slipper winners."

Decision Time will be nominated for Rosehill on Saturday to try to stake his claim for a Slipper berth.

"If he can win then he will go to one of the Slipper leadups," Conners said.

"He's a nice horse and has ability."

The Golden Slipper is at Rosehill on April 3 with the first of the exempt races, the Silver Slipper, on February 27.

Georgette Silk firmed from $35 to $21 after her win with Beneteau, who beat her on debut, favourite at $7.

The Paul Messara-trained Beneteau is also favourite for next Saturday's Blue Diamond Stakes at Caulfield.
