Every person connected with Tuesday Joy says the mare is flying and she will literally be doing just that on Tuesday when she boards a plane for Dubai.

The Gai Waterhouse-trained multiple Group One winner will run in the Dubai Duty Free (1777m) at Nad Al Sheba on March 28.

The John Singleton-owned mare had her final serious hitout before her departure when she galloped over 1400 metres on the Randwick course proper with Nash Rawiller aboard.

Hong Kong based superstar Darren Beadman has been booked to ride in Dubai and can't wait to be reunited with the mare he has won three Group One races on - the 2007 coolmore Classic, and the 2008 Ranvet-BMW Stakes double.

Beadman made a quick visit to Sydney on Friday to ride stablemate and close relation More Joyous in a barrier trial.

"I've watched her last two wins in the Apollo Stakes and the Chipping Norton and she is flying this prep," Beadman said.

"I know Gai is extremely happy with the horse and said Tuesday Joy is in the best shape of her career and that gives me plenty of confidence because I already know how good she is.

"As long as she travels well then I can't see any problems for her and you know that Gai will leave no stone unturned getting her ready."

Waterhouse employee Dave Meijer has been with Tuesday Joy from day one and will be her personal travelling companion for the Dubai assignment.

"Dave knows her better than any of us and having him there gives me great confidence," Waterhouse said.

"She galloped superbly on Saturday morning and I'm absolutely over the moon with her, she's bigger and stronger than ever before I've never seen her better, she looks a picture and is absolutely flying."

Rawiller was equally impressed with the gallop.

"I ride a lot of her work and what she's done in preparation for this race is nothing short of outstanding," Rawiller said.

"Whatever she goes up against will have to be good to beat her because from what she showed me she is flying right now."
