Last-start Adelaide winner Toorak Toff has been heavily supported to win the Group One AJC Sires' Produce Stakes, with punters ignoring favourites More Strawberries and Hinchinbrook.

Trained by Rick Hore-Lacy at Caulfield, Toorak Toff has won three of his four starts, most recently the Group Three National Stakes (1200m) at Morphettville on March 20.

More Strawberries and Hinchinbrook ran third and fourth respectively in last Saturday's Golden Slipper.

TAB Sportsbet customers have backed Toorak Toff in from $26 to $11 for Saturday's Group One race over 1400 metres.

More Strawberries remained at $2.50 with Hinchinbrook at $3.40.

After he won his first start in January, Hore-Lacy said he had liked him from the start but had to get client Bill Van Rooy to do the bidding.

"I asked Bill to bid on him which he did and he ended up taking a good slice of the horse," Hore-Lacy said.

"Magic Millions wouldn't let me bid on him and I don't blame them, I haven't got any money."

Hore-Lacy has a bit more now with Toorak Toff's only defeat coming when an unlucky sixth to subsequent Golden Slipper winner Crystal Lily at his second start.

The Darley trio of Blackball ($13), Divorces and Skilled, both at $14, are next in betting.

Trainer Peter Snowden is hopeful a month between runs will prove beneficial for Divorces who ran fourth to Crystal Lily in last month's Sweet Embrace Stakes.

Trainer Gerald Ryan changed his mind about sending Hinchinbrook to the paddock for a spell the morning after the Golden Slipper.

"He pulled up so well and he has continued to do well this week," he said.

"I think the 1400 metres will suit."

Damien Oliver, who rode Toorak Toff at his last start, will ride Hinchinbrook with Blake Shinn replacing him on Hore-Lacy's colt.
