Patinack Farm already has Hussousa on the Golden Slipper path and trainer John Thompson will give unraced filly Roll The Bones her chance to try to qualify at Randwick on Saturday.
Roll The Bones will step out for the first time in the Group Three Sweet Embrace Stakes (1200m) for fillies having shown talent in trackwork and trials.
The Patinack operation will also start Strength in the colts and geldings juvenile event, the Group Three Skyline Stakes (1200m), with the son of Casino Prince being aimed at slightly further races.
Thompson said he never really brought Roll The Bones into work to aim at the Slipper but said the filly could be in the right place at the right time to earn a berth.
"I've got a high opinion of her," Thompson said.
"She's definitely a stakes-class filly. Corey Brown has only galloped her once and came back and said whenever she runs he wanted to ride her.
"She has drawn well (three) on Saturday and should get a good run. Whatever she does she'll improve on, but she'll still go very well."
Strength made his debut in Melbourne in the spring, finishing eighth in a Listed race over 1000m at Flemington in early October.
"He's a nice horse but a 1400 metres to a mile (1600m) horse," Thompson said.
"We're getting him ready for races like the Baillieu and the Fernhill Handicap. He hasn't got the turn of foot to be a Slipper horse."
Maules Creek finished third in the Listed Parramatta Cup (2000m) last start and lines up in the Listed Randwick City Stakes (2000m) while Potions will take aim at the Listed Wenona Girl Handicap (1200m).
"Hopefully it stays dry for Maules Creek, he's not quite as good when the track is heavy like it was last start," Thompson said.
"He's been knocking on the door."
Galizani also steps up in distance in the Listed Aspiration Quality (1600m) with the Sydney Cup her main autumn goal.
The stakeswinning mare has 58kg on Saturday and Thompson said predicted rain would help the five-year-old's cause.
"She's working her way up into the right distances now," the trainer said.
"She's got a bit of weight but we're just getting the miles into her legs and with predicted rain for the weekend that would bring her right into it. She loves the wet."
Isopach runs as an outsider in the Group One Randwick Guineas and isn't expected to be sharp enough to challenge the favourites over 1600m.
The gelding is being aimed at the Australian Derby.
"Once he gets up to 2000 metres-plus, that's where he'll come into it," Thompson said.
"He should keep improving as the distances get longer."
