God Help Her is on trial for a start in next month's $250,000 Inglis Scone Guineas when she runs at Flemington on Saturday.

The filly gave Sale trainer Sharyn Trolove her first midweek city winner earlier this month and she is hoping she can step up and give her a first Saturday metropolitan success at Flemington this weekend.

Trolove, who has a restricted licence, has been training for less than four years and God Help Her is the stable star of her team of five horses in work.

A $12,000 purchase at the Autumn Yearling Sale in Melbourne in 2009, God Help Her is a daughter of Caulfield Guineas winner God's Own.

She has raced six times for two wins and three placings, her first win being on her home track in the $100,000 Inglis Trophy (1400m) with Luke Nolen in the saddle when she beat Off And Laughing by 2-1/4 lengths last October.

Leading apprentice Jake Noonan guided her to a 1-3/4 length win from Evie Rose over 1400m at Sandown last Wednesday.

Trolove has God Help Her nominated for two races at Flemington on Saturday, the Western Chances Hcp (1400m) for three-year-old fillies and the PHHWV Second Chance Plate (1600m) for fillies and mares.

"Sharyn favours running her in the fillies race and is hoping to get Jake (Noonan) to ride her again if he is available," Trolove's husband Andy said.

However will be required to ride one of his master Peter Moody's fillies - Heavenly Wonder or Paparazzi Dreamer - if they are running in the race.

"This is where we test the water to see how good she is," Trolove said.

"The main aim is for her to run in the Inglis race, the Scone Guineas next month."

The Inglis Scone Guineas (1600m) is run on May 14.
