Trainer Robbie Heathcote's high opinion of Fillydelphia is unlikely to earn her a trip to Melbourne as a travelling companion for Woorim even if she wins for a second time at Doomben.

Fillydelphia will line up for only the sixth time in her career in Wednesday's Panasales Group Handicap (1350m) after scoring an impressive maiden victory over 1200 metres at Doomben last month.

Heathcote predicted a bright future for the daughter of Bianconi who had been placed in two of her four previous starts before breaking her maiden status.

"I've always liked her and I think she'll make a nice three-year-old miler later on," Heathcote said.

"She's stepping up to 1350 metres tomorrow but I don't have a problem with that.

"In 10 days she'll run on a Saturday in town over 1500 metres.

"I've decided to send Woorim to Melbourne for the spring and I'll send a mate down with him but I doubt it will be Fillydelphia."

Fillydelphia will again be ridden by Larry Cassidy who is currently in third place with 61 wins in the battle for Brisbane's riding honours.

Jim Byrne leads the jockeys' premiership with 64 wins, only one ahead of Stathi Katsidis.

Cassidy has been in superb form to make a late charge for the jockeys' title after riding four winners at Doomben two weeks ago.

He won three Sydney titles and produced an outstanding effort to finish third in last season's Brisbane premiership following his move from Sydney halfway through the season.

The season ends on July 31 but Katsidis, who missed riding in Brisbane for more than a month due to commitments in Sydney during the autumn, won't be available for the final meeting.

He will be in Melbourne to ride AJC Australian Derby winner Shoot Out in the Group Three Bletchingly Stakes at Caulfield on July 31.

Heathcote is a runaway leader and will win his second Brisbane trainers' premiership in successive years.

His stable has been in excellent form winning six stakes races despite the invasion of overseas and interstate horses during the winter carnival.

His major wins came from Tabulate in the Group Three Premier's Cup, Our Lukas in the Ipswich Cup and Woorim who claimed the Listed Glasshouse Handicap at Caloundra last Saturday.

Heathcote has scrapped plans to start Woorim in next week's Listed Ramornie Handicap at Grafton and will instead target the spring in Melbourne with the son of Show A Heart.

He has always had a good opinion of Woorim and considered sending him to Melbourne for last year's Group One Australian Guineas (1600m) at Flemington.
