Trainer Rob Heathcote has no plans to head interstate for the spring with talented three-year-old Fillydelphia even if she stretches her winning sequence to four at Eagle Farm.

Heathcote believes the filly has a bright future and hopes to target next year's Group One Queensland Oaks (2400m) at Eagle Farm if she shows she can stay next campaign.

The daughter of Bianconi, who lines up in Saturday's St Margaret's Anglican Girls School Handicap (1500m), recorded her third win, all for Larry Cassidy, with an easy three-length victory over the same distance at Eagle Farm last month.

"It's always a big call to say they will stay, but when they can relax like she does it's a big thing," Heathcote said.

"I don't have any plans to take her to Sydney for the spring and she'll go for a break after this.

"She's not ready to travel yet and I don't think she's strong enough mentally to cope with it."

Cassidy has taken a well-deserved family holiday and will miss Saturday's meeting after sharing last season's Brisbane riding honours with Stathi Katsidis.

Heathcote has engaged apprentice Mitchell Speers as Cassidy's replacement on Fillydelphia who has risen sharply in the weights to 58 kilograms.

"I've booked Mitchell because he's got a three-kilo claim which means Fillydelphia will carry around the same weight she had last time she won," Heathcote said.

"It's too good an option not to take by starting her this Saturday and she'll be very hard to beat again."

Heathcote, who scored a runaway win to claim the Brisbane trainers' premiership last season, will bring Fillydelphia back for a short summer campaign after she spells.

"She's definitely going for a break and won't be going interstate for the spring," Heathcote said.

"She's thriving in her work and I've learned a lesson in my career to keep horses going when they're in such red-hot form.

Heathcote is planning to send talented three-year-old Buffering to Sydney for the Group Three Up And Coming Stakes (1200m) at Warwick Farm on August 21.

He is also sending stablemate Woorim to Melbourne for a series of races including the Group Two Schweppervesence Stakes at Moonee Valley on September 23.

Woorim recently returned to work following a break after registering a hat-trick of victories that culminated in the Listed Glasshouse Handicap at Caloundra on July 3.
