Darren Weir says he will most likely have two runners, Disco Summit and Sublimity, in Saturday's Group Two Sandown Guineas but fears Kidnapped will be a major stumbling block for both of his three-year-olds.

Disco Summit was runner-up to the Peter Snowden-trained Kidnapped in the Group Three Carbine Club Stakes (1600m) at Flemington on Derby Day.

Sublimity is chasing a hat-trick of wins after victories against fillies over 1400m at Caulfield and over 1600m in the Listed Alexandra Stakes at Moonee Valley on Cox Plate day.

"We're definitely running Disco Summit, but we've got Sublimity in the fillies race (Listed Twilight Glow Stakes (1400m)) as well," Weir said.

"The owners are keen to run Sublimity in the Guineas so we're probably leaning towards the Guineas.

"They've both been running well but obviously the opposition will be a bit steeper this time.

"I'd rather Kidnapped not be in the Guineas."

Nash Rawiller will ride the promising Disco Summit replacing his brother Brad, while Damien Oliver stays with Sublimity having won on her at the Valley.

Oliver is chasing his fourth win in the Guineas having won the 1600m feature aboard Scenic Warrior (2000), Moon Dragon (2001) and Schilling (2007).

Disco Summit, a colt by Distant Music and a $16,000 purchase at the Autumn Yearling Sale in Melbourne, has come up quickly through the grades having won two of his six starts, at Swan Hill and Cranbourne, and being placed on three other occasions.

Sublimity, who has won three of her four starts, was bred by John Richards who retained 50 per cent of the Testa Rossa filly and races her with Melville and Scott Charles.

The filly is a half-sister to Rather Grand who won the 2005 Listed CS Hayes Memorial (1600m) at Morphettville.

Weir said Oak Heart would miss Saturday's Group Two Sandown Classic (2400m) to be reserved for the Listed Ballarat Cup (2200m) on Wednesday week.
