Nash Rawiller has stood himself down from rides at Moonee Valley on Friday night but the Gai Waterhouse stable is confident he will be right for George Main Stakes day at Randwick.

Rawiller, stable rider for Waterhouse, had a fall at trackwork on Friday morning when a horse he was riding broke down.

The jockey had X-rays taken on Friday which were all clear.

He is booked to ride five-time Group One winner Theseo in the George Main Stakes on Saturday as well as Cups hopeful Herculian Prince in the Colin Stephen Quality as part of a strong book of feature race rides.

"He had a fall at trackwork this morning and stood himself down from tonight," Waterhouse's racing manager Mark Webbey said.

"He has been to the doctor for X-rays as a precaution which produced an `all clear'. He has to go back and see the doctor this afternoon to have another look once he's cooled down a bit.

"At this point in time he's confident of riding tomorrow."

Rawiller will report to stewards after riding trackwork on Saturday morning and will undergo a medical examination upon arrival at Randwick prior to Saturday's meeting.

He was set to ride Solar Charged in the Champagne Stakes at Moonee Valley as well as Run For Levi in the Stutt Stakes.

Last season's Sydney premiership winner hasn't ridden since Chelmsford Stakes day on September 4 after incurring a careless riding suspension in the Group One Golden Rose on August 28.
