"I put her in the Monash as a precautionary thing if it didn't come up that strong and if it was wet," Pride said.
"She ran fourth in the June Stakes two starts ago and there aren't any Love Conquers Alls or Haylists in (the Monash).
"I'll talk it over with owner Peter Horwitz and we will decide in the middle of the week whether we go to Melbourne.
"Dwayne Dunn is right to ride her if she goes there but Peter may want to take the conservative line and stay here.
"I think if it's wet she might just be able to run them off their legs and it would be really valuable to her as a filly."
Love Conquers All won the June Stakes from Hay List and Electric Dream's stablemate Bejewelled with the runner-up being touted as a Group One contender following his devastating win in the Healy Stakes in Brisbane.
Pride has the opposite weather problem with Brom Brom and is hoping for firmer footing to help the gelding get back to winning form.
Trained in Victoria by Colin and Cindy Alderson early in his career, Brom Brom spent a year in Hong Kong before being returned to Australia where he began his Sydney stint last month.
"We are chasing our tail with him," Pride said.
"We can't seem to get him on a decent track, every run for me so far has been on slow or heavy and it's not doing him any good.
"He's not able to accelerate.
"It needs to be at least on the better side of slow for him to run.
"I'm going to throw in a late nomination for the 2000-metre race on Saturday and have a look at how that stands up."
There were 20 entries for the Listed Winter Stakes (1500m) including last-start Civic Stakes winner Illuminates and runner-up Falaise who head the weights with 58kg and 57.5kg respectively.
Pride, who normally shuns juvenile racing, has two youngsters entered at Rosehill - Sienna Red in the fillies 1100m race and Anatomic in the colts and geldings division.
"It's a sign of the times that it's the end of the season - they are nearly three," he said.
"The filly will definitely run but I might give the colt another trial.
"They are both nice horses for the future. Anatomic is a full-brother to Anatomica."
Anatomica was one of the exceptions to Pride's normal thoughts about racing two-year-olds and earned her way to the 2008 Golden Slipper where she ran fourth to Sebring.
