Winner Take All can earn a late carnival stakes race berth if she can make it four straight city wins on Wednesday.

Trainer Bill Prain threw Winner Take All in as a late nomination for the Rose Bay Handicap (1550m) on the Kensington track at Randwick and can't see any negatives for the mare who is backing up after winning at Warwick Farm last Wednesday.

If successful again, Prain said the Listed Darley Crown (1300m) for fillies and mares at Hawkesbury on April 30 would be the likely next target.

"After she won last Wednesday I thought I might find an ordinary Saturday race for her but then I looked at the program and there's nothing for her on a Saturday at the moment," Prain said.

"The nominations for this race were extended and I threw her in because I thought she had done well, she's taken no harm out of her last run and it was either run in this race or go for a spell."

Prain said if the four-year-old comes out on top again on Wednesday he would look to give the daughter of Arena a week in the paddock to freshen up before getting ready for the Hawkesbury race.

"It would be nice to have a crack at getting her a bit of black type," the Warwick Farm trainer said.

Winner Take All's winning run in midweek city races began with victory over the same track and distance as Wednesday's race on February 16 when she won by just under a length.

Another Kensington track victory followed over 1400m on March 2 before her Warwick Farm success on a heavy track over 1400m last week.

"It's hard to win three races in a row anywhere and she has most probably got every chance tomorrow to make it four in a row," Prain said.

Apprentice Adam Hyeronimus will ride Winner Take All, taking three kilograms off her 60 kilogram impost in the fillies and mares Benchmark 75.

She was the $2.90 TAB Sportsbet favourite on Tuesday afternoon.

On the same day Winner Take All won the first of her three wins in succession, stablemate Prince Of Capers gave Prain a rare city double.

Prince Of Capers hasn't won in three starts since but will contest the Lawler Partners Handicap (1400m) on Wednesday.
