Greg Hickman will spread his team across two states on Saturday with smart mare Girls Go Racing to fly the stable's flag in Brisbane.

The Warwick Farm trainer will also saddle up a runner at the Rosehill Guineas meeting with Mirjulisa Lass to contest the Group Three Epona Stakes (1900m).

Hickman is meticulous when it comes to placing his horses and with few attractive options for Girls Go Racing in Sydney, he has decided to take her north.

The five-year-old will line up in the GOA Get Noticed Open Handicap (1000m) at Eagle Farm and has been installed the $2.70 TAB Sportsbet favourite.

Apprentice Chad Schofield has retained the mount after partnering her to an impressive win in the Camarena Handicap at Canberra on Black Opal Stakes day.

The form out of that race looks to be strong with second placegetter Vilakazi Street coming out and winning on Albury Cup day while Delabombell, who finished fourth, has subsequently scored at Caulfield.

"There aren't many races for her here so I've sent her up there to try to put some money in the bank," Hickman said.

"She's going well. She's got 52 kilos and Chad is going up to ride her."

Girls Go Racing has been a bonny mare for connections and has won eight of her 32 starts.

Six of those victories have been at different tracks and if she can add to her winning haul at Eagle Farm she will take that number to seven.

She is one of 13 runners in the race along with another NSW-trained raider in My Cookie Monster.

The Grant Allard-prepared mare will be having her first start since January and has an outstanding record fresh with two wins and two second from five first-up runs.

She is equal second pick at $4.60 with last-start Ipswich winner Amber's Crown.

Schofield has picked up a couple of other rides at the meeting including Billum for Steve O'Dea in the Pete & Mary Triple One Six Handicap (1835m).

He will also partner Start Again for Patinack Farm trainer John Thompson in the White Lady Funerals Handicap (1500m).

An emphatic winner at Doomben earlier this month, Start Again is the early favourite while Billum is a $14 chance for his assignment.
