The roller-coaster career of Mitchell Beadman has taken a positive turn with the youngster given the all-clear by officials to resume his apprenticeship with trainer Chris Waller.

Beadman, who remains under suspension for breaches of the whip rules, fronted the Racing NSW licensing committee along with Waller on Monday.

He was referred to the committee by stewards to ascertain the status of his indentures to Waller after failing to fulfil his riding engagements at Randwick on November 7.

It was thought Waller was going to become the fourth trainer to sever ties with Beadman after the no-show.

The approval to commence riding for the current premiership-leading trainer is subject to adhering to Waller's employment conditions.

Any breach of Waller's conditions or application to transfer to another trainer will be referred back to Racing NSW.

Trainers John Hawkes, John O'Shea and Kevin Moses all ended their associations with the junior rider.

Beadman is currently serving an indefinite suspension until he can satisfy the Riding Skills Panel that he is able to conform to the revised whip rules.
