Joe Pride is confident Triscay Stakes firmer Bacchanal Woman is ready to make her presence felt in the fillies and mares Listed feature at Rosehill.
The seven-year-old's quote has been slashed from $21 to $11 with TAB Sportsbet for Saturday's 1200m contest.
Bacchanal Woman defeated Thankgodyou'rehere first-up last preparation at Randwick, and has signalled she is on target for a repeat performance in two barrier trials ahead of Saturday's return.
"She's going really good," Pride said.
"I can't say she's a good mare fresh because her record tells you she's won only once (from six attempts) first-up, but she has only had two preparations for me.
"I think she's the type of mare that's going to sprint well fresh the way I train her and that will be put to the test tomorrow."
Last preparation Bacchanal Woman went to the races on the back of two trials and sprinted to a 1-3/4-length win.
The daughter of Encosta De Lago was second in an 800m trial on January 24 and then won an 800m trial at Warwick Farm last Monday week ahead of the Triscay.
"I think she has trialled better this time and the rider tells me she's going better," Pride said.
"I think she basically needs to repeat that run (from last preparation) because she beat Thankgodyou'rehere that day and if she can do that, which I can't see any reason why she can't, then I think that's enough.
"Whether she wins the race, something else might produce a bigger performance, but I think she'll be competitive."
The Warwick Farm trainer has four runners at the meeting including 2009 Doncaster winner Vision And Power in the Group Two Apollo Stakes (1400m) and Hadaaf in the Listed Parramatta Cup (2000m).
He also has promising filly La Remlap in the North Ryde RSL Club Handicap (1100m).
Pride has a "decent wrap" on La Remlap and says she will be given her chance to live up to it this campaign.
The trainer has selected a 3YO Benchmark 75 for her return and believes the race will prove a good guide heading into the carnival.
"It's a (benchmark) 75 race but when you look at this race in a month's time it will be a really good form reference because there's a lot of good horses in it," Pride said.
"I think there's four or five horses in there that I believe could probably go on to stakes company."
Vision And Power kicks off his campaign aimed at the Doncaster in the Apollo Stakes - two years after winning the Parramatta Cup on the same program.
"They are probably going to be a bit sharp for him (over 1400m) but I think he'll run on," Pride said.
