Maintaining his extraordinary form, BB busted both big races on the Caulfield card on Saturday., He tipped the $46.70 exacta of LANKAN RUPEE 1st $3.90 and SPIRIT OF BOOM 2nd $11.90/$2.80 in the Grp 1 Oakleigh Plate, and handed out the headlined tip for Blue Diamond winner EARTHQUAKE 1st $3.00. For my money, (12) Earthquake 5/2 has the look of 'superstar' about her - and that's why I am convinced she can overcome a wide barrier and win race 7, the Grp 1 Blue Diamond Stakes1200m at Caulfield on Sarurday.Peter Snowden's Exceed & Excel filly raced 3-wide to the turn before unleashing a dominating finale to score by almost 3 lens in the Grp 3 Blue Diamond Prelude 1100m at Caulfield on Feb 8. It was a terrific performance. Earthquake hadn't started since winning on debut at Randwick back on Nov 9. She won that race by 2.5 lens. With the experienced Damien Browne aboard, Earthquake only needs a slice of luck to produce another powerhouse pderformance.
