She's one of a number of 'celeb' identities in racing who help the sport to tingle with some excitement. But why don't racing officials make more use of our female jockeys in promoting racing? There are some wonderful young women who are more or less ignored when racing is advertised - the likes of Michelle Payne, Kathy O'Hara, Kate Mallyon and Clare Lindop can draw a new army of fans to racing - especially young females.
