Aussie jockeys Zac Purton and Brett Prebble finished 2nd and 3rd on the Hong Kong premiership ladder for the season just completed. Purton had 64 winners at a strike rate of 13.3% while Prebble rode 63 winners at 13.8%. Sth African legend Douglas Whyte topped the title battle with a whopping 107 winners at 19.1%. Tye Angland finished nthe season with a respectable 37 winners at 9.5%, while Tim Clark rode 28 winners at 5.4%.

Aussie trainer John Size was the #1 trainer in Hong Kong in 2011-12. He wound up with 70 winners at a strike rate of 13.6%. Fellow Aussie John Moore was 2nd on the ladder with 56 winners at 11.5%. David Hall had an ordinary year with 28 winners at 7.9%.
