There is no way emerging star Sincero will be sold. The possibility of parlaying their $8000 into more than $1 million doesn't interest his Central Coast owners, reports the Sydney Morning Herald (www.smh.com.au)

Its report adds: ''They just want to race him,'' said Shane McLeish, who put together the syndicate. ''They didn't pay that much for him and the money isn't a concern for a lot of them. They just want to see how far he can go and enjoy the ride.''

Nor does chasing the big money on offer in the autumn: the group is extremely happy with trainer Stephen Farley's plan to go to the Gosford, Hawkesbury and Scone Guineas.

''Everyone wants to tell us to sell the horse and where to race him but Stephen has done a great job with him and his plan is a very good one as far as we're concerned,'' McLeish said. ''There is plenty of time to take on the really good ones and we are in no hurry to do that just yet.

''There is $800,000 in stakes if he can win those three races and then we can have a look at the Brisbane carnival if he is up to it.''

Sincero made a statement with his convincing win at Randwick on Villiers day and will back up in the www.royalrandwick.com.au Handicap on Boxing Day. It will be his final test, this time over 1600m, before a deserved spell after a preparation in which he has risen from a Newcastle win to a boom horse in only three starts.
