Trainer Mick Kent will have runners in races at Caulfield, Morphettville and Doomben all with the space of hour.
Trainer Mick Kent will be in for a busy hour with four runners in three states.
On Saturday. the Cranbourne horseman saddles Island Daze and Leodoro within 40 minutes of each other at Caulfield.
Before they run, Supido will contest the Group Two Victory Stakes at Doomben while he winds up his hectic hour with Slick Back in the Group Three Chairman's Stakes at Morphettville.
Island Daze will be attempting to keep her record intact having won her first two starts at Kyneton and Sandown.
Kent isn't thrilled at having to drop Island Daze back to the 1100m of the Honan Insurance Group Handicap.
"She's probably looking for seven (1400 metres) but there's not one for her until late next month," Kent said.
"She probably needs something between her last win and that race, so we've paid up for her."
Kent won't be rushed getting Island Daze to a higher grade, preferring to keep her to three-year-old company and racing for added Super VOBIS money.
"She's still a baby. She'll be better next year," he said.
A forward showing from Slick Back at Morphettville could earn the three-year-old a start in the Group One South Australian Derby (2500m) on May 12.
Slick Back was a last-start winner of a maiden at Moe under Noel Callow.
"It looks an average race," Kent said.
"I think the three-year-old fillies are a really smart bunch but the three-year-old males don't look as good.
"He's drawn well and hopefully he can fill a hole. That would be great."
Supido and stablemate Coldstone have been in Brisbane for the past 10 days gearing up for the winter carnival.
A seven-time winner from 17 starts, Supido is chasing a maiden Group One win in the Doomben 10,000 on May 12.
"They've settled in well," Kent said.
"Hopefully we'll get a bit of give for Supido up there.
"He doesn't want it too wet as he struggled on bad ground in The Galaxy last year."
