Darren Beadman will return to race riding in Hong Kong on Wednesday after a month on the sidelines due to injury.
Beadman obtained a medical clearance on Friday and also passed a crucial test when he galloped a horse in front of stewards, putting his mount under pressure and riding vigorously.
Beadman was stood down from riding in Hong Kong on January 1 when he complained of having no power in his right leg.
He returned to Australia to seek diagnosis and treatment and was found to have a bruised femoral nerve.
After receiving physiotherapy in Sydney, Beadman returned to Hong Kong last week.
