Stewards adjourned an inquiry into an alleged altercation in the female Jockeys' room between licensed jockey Nikita McLean (formally Beriman) and apprentice jockey and sister Jackie Beriman at Hamilton races yesterday. Both riders were stood down for the remainder of the meeting under the provisions of AR 8(i). Nikita McLean was further notified that she has been stood down from riding indefinitely under the provision of AR193 in relation to a second alleged incident which occurred prior to the running of race 6.
