Hauraki remains the clear favourite for the Doomben Cup, but Our Ivanhowe appears to be the punters' pick, with over half of the money bet with TAB saying he can win his first race in Australia.
The odds of $15 last week has been smashed by punters, Our Ivanhowe now into $8.50 with Hauraki ($3.60) and Its Somewhat ($4.50) heading the market.
“With Raw Impulse not running Hauraki looks the one to beat, but punter think there is a bit of value in Our Ivanhowe which has clearly been the best backed,” said TAB’s Glenn Munsie.
In Adelaide’s Group 1 The Goodwood Black Heart Bart remains the favourite having firmed from $4.20 to $3.80 while support continues for Under The Louvre who is in from $8.00 to $7.00.
