Tommifrancs will have few rivals in his bid to give trainer Gerald Ryan a clean sweep of Sydney's summer staying features in the Australia Day Cup.

Ryan and jockey Glyn Schofield have combined to take out the Christmas Cup-Summer Cup double with Ready To Lift and the Tattersall's and Frank Underwood Cups with Tommifrancs.

Only seven horses were entered for Monday's 2400m feature at Randwick including Ausbred King who ran second to Tommifrancs in Saturday's Frank Underwood (2000m).

"Tommifrancs hasn't missed a beat since Saturday," Ryan said.

"He cleaned out his feed bin and is just thriving.

"Perhaps it's the warm weather which is always better on the joints.

"It's a shame there aren't more in the race for the club's sake but we'll be there and I'm confident he will do well again."

The other entries for the race are Ashraf, Come On Cugat, Electric Hatter, Macknuckle and Zavite.

Come On Cugat ran fifth in the Frank Underwood and Zavite sixth.

Central Coast galloper Ashraf finished second to Pepperwood in the Magic Millions Cup (1800m) at his most recent start at the Gold Coast last Saturday week.

The $250,000 Inglis Classic (1200m) for horses sold at the 2008 William Inglis and Son Classic sale attracted 13 entries two-year-olds, six of whom are first starters.

Saturday's 1000-metre race for two-year-olds has nine entries headed by Real Saga who is second favourite for the $3.5 million Golden Slipper in April behind More Joyous.

Real Saga is also entered for the colts and geldings Blue Diamond Preview (1000m) at Caulfield on Monday.
