More problems in country Victoria...Racing Victoria is to shift another meeting away from the problem-riddled Benalla track. Soft patches cost the Benalla club the Jan 29 meeting and Racing Victoria switched the February 6 fixture to Wodonga. Racing Victoria's chief operating officer Bernard Saundry now says Wangaratta will host Benalla's Feb 20 meeting.
