Future racing is in doubt at Benalla after yet another meeting there had to be abandoned on Tuesday. A deep hole was discovered on the outside of the home straight as runners made their way to the barriers for the third race. Stewards say part of a culvert under the track had collapsed. Similar problems have hit the track before so Racing Victoria will now have to consider whether racing can be held at Benalla again.
