Gary Moore, Macau’s leading trainer and son of the legendary George Moore, will return to Australia to train at Rosehill Gardens. Moore has won the past five training premierships in Macau, but has been allocated 24 boxes at Rosehill Gardens from August 1 – the start of the new racing season.
Moore was recently in Australia and attended the Scone Cup meeting.
He trained at Randwick in the late 1990’s for a period before moving to Macau where he has virtually dominated for a decade. Among his new team will be former Team Hawkes-trained sprinter Happy Galaxy
