There is a sense of anticipation for Grahame Begg as Secret Admirer makes her return in the Toy Show Quality at Warwick Farm, reports The Age/SMH.

It says: The daughter of Dubawi has not been seen on race day since beating More Strawberries and Parables in the Flight Stakes last year.

''She is a high-quality mare, who has already won a group 1, but 10 months is a long time to be out,'' Begg said. ''She has two from four and really I think she could have won four from four with any luck. It is a very good field but I feel she can go through the grades in the spring and it will be exciting to see what she can do.''

Begg also has Warwick Stakes favourite Ilovethiscity, which faces a vet check on Friday after losing a shoe and standing on a nail earlier this week. The four-year-old worked well on the Kensington track at Randwick on Thursday.

''Everything was going along perfectly until that happened,'' Begg said. ''We will wait and see how he is before making a decision but I would like him to run because there is no other race for another three weeks.''
