John Singleton is looking to spread the joy far and wide this week with his sights now on Dubai.

Singleton was a relieved and happy man after Golden Slipper favourite More Joyous redeemed herself in Saturday's Reisling Stakes at Rosehill.

The high profile owner travels to Dubai this week to oversee the final lead up to Tuesday Joy's tilt at international glory in the Dubai Duty Free (1777m) on Saturday (Sunday AEDT).

"She travelled over there well," Singleton said.

"It is a 27 hour flight which is hard but she has put on the weight she lost on the way over and all reports are she is going well.

"Gai (Waterhouse) is staying here so I will be the trainer!

"Not really, Tuesday Joy is being well looked after."

The multiple Group One winning mare will be ridden in Dubai by Darren Beadman who made the trip from Hong Kong to ride More Joyous in the Reisling and her main rival, the John Hawkes-trained Real Saga, who won the Todman Stakes for colts and geldings.

More Joyous put on a buckjumping display at the start of the Silver Slipper on February 28 which put her Golden Slipper hopes in jeopardy.

Singleton imported Beadman to replace Nash Rawiller in the hope it would turn things around and got the desired result.

And although he has spent many years watching his horses race, Singleton said he had never before felt so much pressure.

"I've never been so nervous before a race," he said.

"She has been favourite for three months and too much has gone wrong.

"It's a great relief."

More Joyous was immediately tightened to $3.20 for the $3.5 million Golden Slipper by TAB Sportsbet with Real Saga at $3.60.

Tuesday Joy and fellow Australian Niconero are likely to be among the outsiders in the Dubai Duty Free with most of their rivals holding higher international rankings.

Singleton took his 2000 Golden Slipper winner Belle Du Jour to Dubai in 2003 where she finished a creditable fourth in the Sheema Classic (1200m).
