Trainer Mick Price believes Heart Of Dreams is drawn to get the run of the race and is a chance to turn the tables on Typhoon Tracy in Saturday's CF Orr Stakes on his home track at Caulfield.

Heart Of Dreams chased home Typhoon Tracy when a 1-3/4 length runner-up to the reigning Horse of the Year in last year's Group One Orr.

But Heart Of The Dreams has the better of the barrier draws this time, coming up with barrier two while Typhoon Tracy drew out in gate 11 in the 16-horse field.

"It looks like Heart Of Dreams is going to get the run of the race," Price said.

Damien Oliver will ride the dual Group One winner who resumed with a seventh of nine to Whitefriars in the Group Two Australia Stakes (1200m) at Moonee Valley on January 28.

The stable has opted for winkers for the first time on Heart Of Dreams.

"I've put the winkers on him because he shied pretty badly at Moonee Valley in the Australia Stakes when Ortensia shifted out towards him," Price said.

"We considered putting blinkers on him and we still might later, but these Show A Heart horses do race well in winkers so we've gone for them for Saturday.

"He'll run a bold race. I'm very happy with him".

In contrast to Heart Of Dreams, stablemate Spacecraft didn't fare so well at the draw coming up with barrier 14 with only 2009 Melbourne Cup winner Shocking (15) and Luen Yat Forever (16) drawn outside him.

"Spacecraft is probably going to have to go back from a really bad gate," Price said.

"Some go forward and there are a lot of stayers in the race who get back so I'll be looking for Spacecraft to be charging home.

"We need him ridden for the future and I don't want to cook him from the bad gate by going forward at weight-for-age."

Price said both Heart Of Dreams and Spacecraft are on Australian Cup preparations "as long as they go well in the St George Stakes" which will be their next appearance after the Orr.

Price won the 2008 Orr with Shinzig and also had the third placegetter Rubiscent.

Apart from Heart Of Dreams last year he also saddled up runners-up Vocabulary in 2004 and Alamosa in 2009.

Typhoon Tracy is $2.35 favourite with TAB Sportsbet to make it back-to-back Orr Stakes wins ahead of stablemate Doubtful Jack at $7, Ortensia at $9 with Heart Of Dreams and Spacecraft both at $10.
