The Sunday Age reports: The drama surrounding Daniel Ganderton being handcuffed and thrown in the back of a police wagon on leaving a recent Hawkesbury meeting isn't over. The volatile jockey, who has been booked to ride trainer Con Karakatsanis's multiple Grp 1 winner Black Piranha in coming Perth engagements, didn't have a driver's licence when stopped at Hawkesbury. Chief stipe Ray Murrihy confirmed racecourse detective Bob Nicholson interviewed Ganderton on Friday. ''We will be getting details of the incident from police and making a report to the Racing NSW licensing committee,'' Murrihy said.
