Impressive filly Gregers is set to continue her charge towards the Group 1 Thousand Guineas at Moonee Valley on Saturday. The David Hayes trained three-year-old stamped her class with a dominant win first-up a fortnight ago but connections decided to by-pass the Quezette Stakes at Caulfield in favour of another trip to Moonee Valley.

Hayes' stable rider Chad Schofield is booked to take over the reins from fellow stable apprentice Kayla Nisbet.

Gregers has recorded two wins from three career starts, with her only defeat coming in the Blue Diamond Stakes where she finished fourth to Miracles Of Life.

She is currently on the third line of betting for the Thousand Guineas at $8 behind Guelph ($5.50) and Miracles Of Life ($6.50). (racingnetwork.com.au).
