Katsidis was found guilty of allowing Big Chance to shift out abruptly across the heels of another runner and into the rightful running of Miss Lucky Choice, ridden by Larry Cassidy.

Katsidis, who will ride Queenslander Shoot Out in Saturday's Group One Randwick Guineas (1600m), is expected to appeal as he has a number of other upcoming commitments during the Sydney autumn carnival.
