The fragility of two-year-olds is the only lingering concern Mick Price has when it comes to Golden Slipper favourite Samaready.

The undefeated filly will make her Sydney debut in Saturday's Group Two Reisling Stakes (1200m) at Rosehill for which she is odds-on favourite.

Like punters, Price expects Samaready to strengthen her grip on the Golden Slipper - but he did have one word of caution.

"She's very good and I think she'll win on Saturday," Price said.

"She just has to handle the travel. With two-year-olds, their immune systems are not robust and they can pick things up."

Samaready arrived in Sydney on Thursday and has prepared for her first run in the clockwise direction with a couple of key gallops in the reverse direction in Melbourne.

She went over 800m the Sydney way on Tuesday morning, improving from the 600m before running the last 400m in a sizzling 21.26 seconds.

"She ran time. (Jockey) Craig Newitt said she felt super, no problems," Price said.

"She's had two gallops the right-handed way at Caulfield and got 10 out of 10 for both of them."

Samaready heads to the Reisling off the back of a devastating win in the Blue Diamond when she camped midfield and exploded away from the pack in the straight to score by three lengths.

Price says he has maintained her at that level but expects her to improve off Saturday's run into the Slipper.

"I haven't tried to get her to improve (since the Blue Diamond). I think if she's in as good form I'd be happy with that," Price said.

"I think the run will bring her on.

"She's got a perfect constitution. She's mentally and physically sound and you saw what she did in the Blue Diamond."

Samaready is the $3.20 favourite for the Golden Slipper with TAB Sportsbet, ahead of Pierro ($6) who will also be in action at Rosehill in the Todman Stakes (1200m).

The Slipper is at Rosehill on April 7.
