Murray Baker may be undecided about future plans

Murray Baker may undecided about future plans for It’s A Dundeel, but rival trainer Mick Kent is admant that the ATC Derby winner is the ideal horse to target the Prix de L’Arc de Triomphe in Paris.  Kent, who prepared Derby runner-up Philippi, praised It’s A Dundeel’s six-length victory as “sensational”. He says: “He could go to the Arc and just win. What a win...What did he run his last three (furlongs) in? Bloody hell, he did it on the bridle...I’ve got no doubt he could win it.”  Kent says he and owner Rick Jamieson were thinking about running Philippi in the Queen Elizabeth Stakes until they heard that It’s A Dundeel is likely to run in the race. Now, Philippi will be sent for a spell.
