Black Caviar will have plenty of quality opposition in Saturday’s Group 1 $1 Million T. J. Smith Stakes at Randwick. When nominations closed this morning 17 of Australia’s best sprinting horses had been entered for the T.J. Smith. Recent Galaxy winner Bel Sprinter, wet-track specialist Rain Affair, along with old foes Hay List and Buffering, as well as rising stars Snitzerland and Sea Siren were among the entries. Gai Waterhouse’s champion mare More Joyous was also among the entries, along with Black Caviar’s new stable-mate Karuta Queen.
