Arabian Gold will be looking for further riches in the VRC Oaks after winning today’s NZ Bloodstock Ethereal Stakes. Immediately after the win, TAB price assessors slashed her price to win the Oaks from $15 into $9.00, which makes her second pick behind hot favorite May’s Dream.

Solicit, second to Arabian Gold, is $15 into $10 third favourite while Kirramosa, a narrow second in the Inglis Bonus at Randwick, is the other significant mover in Oaks betting ($31 into $13). In today’s Ethereal Stakes, Arabian Gold was heavily backed attracting bets of $8,000 @ $3.40 and $6,000 @ $3.50.
