NZ-bred Cox Plate winner So You Think (High Chaparral) enjoys top rank status along with stablemate Viewed on the recently released ANZ Classifications. Announced last Friday, the ANZ Classifications reflect on the best individual performances by horses during the recently concluded racing year in Australia and New Zealand. The Bart Cummings pair reigned supreme with a shared rating of 122. The Mike Moran & Piper Farm Ltd-bred 3YO So You Think burst into contention when scoring a scintillating win in the Grp 1 W.S. Cox Plate at just his fifth raceday start. He later replicated his race performance rating of 122 again in the Cantala Stakes [Grp 1] 1600m carrying 53.5kg (1.5kg more than WFA) when 2nd to All American against older horses. The efforts would individually enable his top status in the Leading 3YO Mile category and in the Leading 3YO Intermediate (1900m - 2100m) category. The talented NZ gallopers Rangirangdoo (Pentire), Vosne Romanee (Electronic Zone) and Monaco Consul (High Chaparral) also featured prominently on the list. (NZ Thoroughbred News).
