After being thwarted by an electrical storm at Caulfield yesterday, unbeaten Western Australian sprinter Barakey had a jumpout at that track on Wednesday that clears him to start the Grp 1 Newmarket Handicap at Flemington on Saturday week. Trainer Jim Taylor was forced to give Barakey a jumpout in front of Racing Victoria Stewards after the 5YO's late withdrawal from the Oakleigh Plate last Saturday after hitting his head in the barrier stalls.
