Tactic finished 6th behind Sans Frontieres in the Irish St Leger.

Next stop, USA...Betfair may soon be operating in America. New Jersey legislators have passed a bill to authorise establishment of the first online betting exchange. The state governor must give final approval before the exchange and internet parts of the bill become law. Betfair has been trying to crack the US market in California, where it has opened an office in San Francisco. It's expected to be legalised in California in 2011.

Dual Cox Plate winner So You Think is off to Ireland to join the Ballydoyle stable of top trainer Aidan O'Brien. He was scheduled to leave Australia today (Tuesday). It's expected that the Coolmore group will set So You Think for major Grp 1 races. They may include the Prince of Wales Stakes (2000m) at Royal Ascot in June and the Prix de L'Arc de Triomphe (2400m) at Longchamp in October.
