There's been a delay in the hearing of Danny Nikolic's appeal for a 'stay' of his 2 year ban. TVN reports that the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal will now hear the appeal next Monday. If it's successful, Nikolic will be able to ride until his penalty appeal is heard in mid-November.
