Boom filly Atlantic Jewel is on the mend...Trainer Mark Kavanagh says the unbeaten 3YO has made good progress from the 'unusua'l injury that torpedoed her Spring Racing Carnival campaign. Kav reckons she'll be back on the training track by the end of the month. AJ's injury turned out to be a minor stress-related back problem. Kav says: 'Everything we do with Atlantic Jewel is forwarded through to the Coolmore vets and they bandied the scans around the sales at Kentucky last week and had a look at all the reports...So in another two weeks and we'll start doing some light work with her and see how we go from there...But we won't be taking any risks, there's no sense in doing that. These horses don't come along very often so we've just got to look after what we've got.'
