Good news from Singapore...The Mick Price raider Pompeii Ruler has turned in some slick trackwork hitouts. After trotting and cantering for a lap of the Kranji track, PR ran home the final 600m in 36.9s. Travelling foreman Pat Payet says: 'I know him very well and have travelled with him before...He's very well in himself and hasn't put a foot wrong.'
