NSW country jockey Kasie Stanley is expected to be in hospital for up to a week following a fall at Ballina on Monday.
Racing NSW jockey liason officer Maurice Logue confirmed on Tuesday morning that Stanley has suffered a broken nose, chipped at least two teeth, has pain in the left hip and doctors are concerned with possible bleeding on her spleen. As a result, Stanley will remain in hospital to be monitored.
