Trainer John O'Shea will rely on Wanted in the $3.5 million Golden Slipper following the decision to save Pago Pago Stakes winner Tickets for another day.

Tickets gained automatic entry to the Golden Slipper (1200m) with his win in the Pago Pago on Saturday.

The Tim Martin-trained Indian Ocean won the fillies division, the Magic Night, to leapfrog into the top seven.

After her win, Martin was hesitant about committing to a start but she will run while Tickets will go to the longer races such as the Sires' Produce (1400m) and Champagne Stakes (1600m).

Hugh Bowman rode both Indian Ocean and Tickets to victory and will now ride the filly in the Slipper with Wanted to be ridden by Jim Cassidy.

TAB Sportsbet markets took little adjusting on Sunday with More Joyous and Real Saga dominating betting as $3.50 equal favourites.

Melbourne filly Rostova is next at $8 with Blue Diamond Stakes winner Reward For Effort at $10.

Rostova's owners paid the $150,000 late entry fee following her second to Reward For Effort in a barrier trial at Randwick on Friday.

Patinack Farm boss Nathan Tinkler is expected to do the same on Monday morning with Marquardt who finished the closest of seconds to Indian Ocean.

The likely 16-horse field for the Golden Slipper in order of entry is: Real Saga, More Joyous, Melito, Indian Ocean, Headway, Manhattan Rain, Reward For Effort, Rostova, Our Joan Of Arc, Delago Bolt, Horizons, Wanted, Rock The Moment, Marquardt, Phelan Ready and So Anyway.

Next on the list are Zikmann and Shadow Miss.

The final field will be declared on Tuesday morning ahead of the barrier draw in Sydney's Martin Place at midday.
