A final decision on whether Fast And Sexy takes her place in the Magic Millions Classic will be made on Tuesday.

The filly leapt into calculations with victory at Randwick on Saturday but trainer Chris Waller was reluctant to consider a start until he had talked to her owners, the Ingham family.

On Sunday he confirmed Fast And Sexy was in the mix for Saturday's $2 million Gold Coast feature as long as she continued to do well.

"She is likely to go to Queensland but a final decision will not be made until Tuesday," Waller said.

Fast And Sexy is a $15 chance with TAB Sportsbet with Karuta Queen the reigning favourite at $3.40.

Karuta Queen is already at the Gold Coast after breaking her trip from Queanbeyan with a stop-over in Coffs Harbour.

Pepper Jet ($5.50) has displaced Schiffer ($6.50) as second favourite.

Schiffer and Magic Millions Guineas favourite Top Drop are due to leave Gerald Ryan's Sydney stable on Monday.

"They have both done well and I'm looking forward to the Gold Coast," Ryan said.

Schiffer ran second to Karuta Queen on debut at Wyong on December 5 then beat Benfica and Fast And Sexy at Randwick on Boxing Day.

Organisers say they have no fears about Saturday's meeting going ahead as long as the rain in south east Queensland eases towards the end of the week as predicted.

"We had a heavy (9) on New Year's Day but two days later we had the Goldmarket day on a dead track," a spokesman said.

"The drainage at the Gold Coast track is the best there is so as long as it stops raining later in the week we should be alright."

The day's races are restricted to horses sold through Magic Millions sales with the 2011 yearling sale to get underway on Wednesday.
