GROUP ONE RACES

 

 Coolmore Stud Stakes (Race 4)

 

Rich Enuff ($4.20 to $3.20) has attracted solid support and will start favourite to deliver trainer Ken Keys his first Group 1.

 

Scissor Kick ($15 to $11) best backed behind the favourite today.

 

Punters are clearly interested given he has form around Caulfield Guineas winner Shooting To Win, who beat Rich Enuff last start.

 

Mackinnon Stakes (Race 6)

 

Very even betting race with Criterion and He’s Your Man sharing favouritism at $5.50.

 

Happy Trails ($9.50 to $7.50) has been the best backed runner to win the race.

 

Amralah ($18 to $9) has been one of the biggest firmers of the day.

 

Victoria Derby (Race 7)

 

Hampton Court ($2.80 to $2.50) has been easily the best supported runner since Wednesday and will start a short-priced favourite.

 

The last favourite to win the three-year-old staying race was Efficient in 2006.

 

Magicool ($21 to $19) for Mark Kavanagh and Glenn Boss has been the second best backed runner today.

 

The Fastnet Rock gelding has attracted two bets of $1,000 e/w @ $21.

 

Myer Classic (Race 8)

 

Plenty of interest in what looks a very open betting race according to punters.

 

Sweet Idea ($6.50 to $5.50) has been the best backed runner and is challenging May’s Dream for favouritism.

 

Neena Rock ($13 to $8) and Diamond Drille ($16 to $12) have both been well backed.
