The Gosford regional heat of the NSW Provincial Championships has been transferred to Rosehill on Golden Slipper day.
The Provincial Championships heat set down for Gosford will be added to the Golden Slipper meeting at Rosehill.
Racing NSW considered transferring Wednesday's $150,000 race to Newcastle on Friday or Wyong on Sunday.
But to ensure the full field that was declared for the 1200m-race remains intact it will be run at Rosehill.
Rain is predicted to continue in NSW for the rest of the week with Rosehill rated a heavy 9 on Wednesday after 183mm since last weekend.
